¡Hola, I’m Quetzalli Writes!
I’m in a long-term relationship with Writing. We've been together for over a decade, so it's getting pretty serious.
I'm known for writing educational tech content, open-sourcing educational resources, and coaching software tech writers on how to build successful, 6-figure careers.
(These days I street dance, but I guess that’s neither here nor there.)
Book:
Docs-as-Ecosystem: The Community Approach to Engineering Documentation
Recognized as the #1 new release in two categories on Amazon: Software Design & Engineering and Software Testing.
Hugo House Instructor:
I developed and now teach the first "Technical Writing for Software Engineering" at Hugo House, a renowned literary arts center in Seattle.
My 10-week online class offers a deep dive into software technical writing. Participants learn to research, develop, edit, and collaborate on critical documentation types, including case studies, guides, API documentation, and more. My course also includes practical exercises in technical interviews, and students will leave with a portfolio of software documentation ready to showcase their new skills.
